Hillsboro High School Athletic Complex

Hillsboro, Ohio

This project consisted of construction of a 13,300 SF athletic building with weight room, wrestling room, locker rooms, training facilities, coachs’ room, and trainer’s room. The structure is a pre-engineered metal building shell with block interior partitions. Also a part of this project was the construction of a 3,100 SF concession & restroom facility that is designed to be expanded at a later date.

Contract: $2,458,000 single prime contract.
Design: SHP Leading Design.

Miami Township West Park

Miami Township, Ohio

West Park was built by Miami Township (Hamilton County) to be a community park providing multiple sport facilities and access to the Great Miami River. In addition to two large multi-sport fields, there are two baseball fields and little league field, tennis courts, picnic shelter, playground, dog park, paved walk trails, canoe ramp and concession/restroom facility.

Contract: $2,860,000 single prime contract.
Design: Bayer Becker.

Twin Fences at Peterloon Farm Phase 2A

Village of Indian Hill, Ohio

Phase 2A of the Twin Fences at Peterloon residential development consisted of site development for seven large residential lots including site clearing, earthmoving, storm utilities, water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, landscaping, and pavement.

Contract: $794,000 single prime contract.
Design: Roberts Engineering.

Madonna Manor Adelaide Center

Villa Hills, Kentucky

Madonna Manor Adelaide Center–Construction of single story slab on grade 6,705 SF structure to house dining, fitness and activity venues for the residents of Madonna Manor. The building is a wood and steel framed, brick veneer structure.

Contract: $1,390,295 single prime contract.
Design: Architects Plus.

Oak Hills High School Auditorium Renovation & Addition

Cincinnati, Ohio

Complete renovation of the existing high school auditorium including a 1,200 SF addition. Improvements included new seating, new stage equipment and lighting, sound attenuation, new audio/visual system, and finishes.

Contract: $2,053,000 single prime contract.
